Ukraine e-Visa applications are usually processed within nine (9) working days.
The maximum amount of time you can stay in Ukraine is 30 days. You may stay on the territory of Ukraine within the period that your visa allows, but you must not stay longer than the last day of the visa validity period.
It is recommended that you apply at least three working days before the intended travel date and not earlier than three months. Remember that although e-Visa applications are processed within a few working days, some applications may take longer in case your application requires additional documentation or longer time to process for different reasons.
If your e-Visa to Ukraine has been denied, you can submit a new Ukraine e-Visa application. You can as well appeal the decision by sending a formal appeal letter to the following email address: [email protected] . However, you must do so within two months of receiving the decision. If your letter of appeal is granted, you can edit your application form and re-submit it. You can do this by logging into your e-Visa account and editing your application form. You do not have to pay the consular fee again.
